I know a lot of the veteran bloggers and vets of BJJ will wonder what took me so long. Others will probably say that my blog is my notebook.
However, I have decided to keep a detailed, personal notebook of my BJJ training. In my blog I try to steer away from blow by blow accounts of drilling and technique and stick to meat of my BJJ experience. Yet, I think it would be great for my development if I could have a more descriptive set of notes for my own review. I don’t know why it has taken me so long to take this course of action, but hopefully it will help me improve my game.
When I work on techniques at home it usually with no rhyme or reason. By tracking home and class sessions I hope to establish some consistency in training and shore up some holes in my game.
